Dot Technical Lead Engineer– Application Portfolio -Mumbai, IN

Our local IT department oversees the integration between our solutions and the clients´ systems, as we are facing a digital transformation that implies a fully migration to the cloud. Aim : To be an Expert in overall Software Development, Data Analysis and Web Application . Ability to bridge a gap between technical and management solutions. Dimensions: Application Portfolio position manages Cafeteria Card & Open market Meal Card Pass back office systems to give high uptime for business functions. This position also look after software development team for Reward platforms. Responsible for solution architecting for digital projects and business initiatives. Context And Main Issues: Main challenge this role faces is to understand business requirement and translate it into technical solution. This role maintains balance between being with team v/s being with business stakeholders. Your next challenge Responsible for the design, implementation, integrity and support of Enterprise architecture system. Analyze user requirements and document impact analysis. Optimizing/ fine tuning the current card applications. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Effective communication with internal and external customers. Managing effective training to application users. Documenting new developed applications / modified functionalities. Following up control guidelines for change management & application security. Accountabilities: Technically Driving the Completion of projects within defined scope, time and cost Flexibility to adopt dynamic environment changes Positive feedback from cross functions You’re a match Graduate / PG in IT or in any field with at least 12-14years of experience. Understanding of new technologies to improve operational efficiency. Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, to multitask and deal with different stakeholders Excellent organizing, planning ,analytical skills and Good team player. Exposure to the Card industry, payment gateway etc. will be an advantage. A good understanding of the technologies used in mobile applications will be an added advantage. Capacity to gain a thorough knowledge of the relevant specialty area.
