Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to perform milling, drilling, and turning operations.
- Set up and prepare CNC machines for operation by installing tools, fixtures, and
materials.
- Handle materials by loading and unloading workpieces onto the machine.
Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues that arise during
operation.
- Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards using precision
measuring instruments.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to safety protocols and comply with regulations related to machine operation.
- Additional training in machining or CNC operation is preferred.
- Previous experience as a CNC machine operator is desirable.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
