We are looking for people to expand the sales team for NeoRoots Design ( NeoRoots was founded by two Women. NeoRoots is now Bangalore's premier "Landscaping and Design Services for Outdoor Spaces" company and has executed over 400 projects. We specialize in designing and implementing garden and landscaping services for homes, offices, and hospitality spaces. Our team of professionals are experts in horticulture and architectural design and strive to create practical and easy-to-care-for spaces. We are based in Bengaluru and are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team. Role Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the client's requirements and creating recommendations based on that understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients. Responsibilities Work on live leads provided by the company Engage with customers and close projects Skills required Strong communication skills. Ability to lead a team. Target achiever. Convincing and negotiation skills. Eye for details and finishing. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients. Qualifications Graduate Should have a 2-wheeler & valid license. Additional details regarding the role 6 days working week. Location: Bangalore (mandatory work from the office) Folks who are available to join immediately or within 30 days preferred CTC Range: 6-12 LPA as fixed plus incentives, depending upon your previous experience and performance in the interview process.
