Training: The chosen candidate will undergo a thorough 2-3 month training program, focusing on upskilling to ensure proficient execution of operational tasks.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Operations Specialist based in Pune. The Executive Operations Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, analytical tasks, and interpersonal communication, ensuring efficient and effective operations across all levels of the organization.

Digital Marketing and Social Media: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for enhanced online presence. Manage social media accounts, curating engaging content to promote the brand.

Workshop Management Manage the end-to-end administrative aspects of Workshop execution.

Research: Conduct Market Research and Help in designing strategies and new service portfolio to customers.

Calendar and Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the proprietor's calendar, resolving conflicts for optimal time use. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.

Communication: Serve as the primary contact for the proprietor, drafting and proofreading professional correspondence. Act as a liaison between the proprietor and internal/external parties.

Meeting Coordination: Organize high-level meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute relevant materials. Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

Document Management: Maintain confidentiality in organizing electronic and physical files. Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.

Task Prioritization: Efficiently prioritize tasks, managing multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines. Proactively address potential issues to enhance productivity.

Special Projects: Support strategic initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns and social media promotion. Conduct research and prepare comprehensive reports.

Strategy Development: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital initiatives into overall marketing plans.

Social Listening: Monitor social media for trends, competitor activities, and relevant discussions. Use social listening tools to gather insights for informed social media strategies.

Qualifications Strong analytical and operations management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field Self-starter with ability to work independently and within teams Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills Experience in risk management and mitigation preferred
