Account Manager - Male
Three years Bond
Qualification - M.com and MBA- Finance, CA or Inter CA
Location - Naroda/Chiloda/lIMABADIA
Exp. 10 to 15 Years
Salary upto 08.00 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for Monthly GST Return filing before due date
Responsible for Quarterly TDS report filing before due date
Responsible to collect the Stock sheet (DPR) from the plant personnel (Production manager).
Responsible for Annual Physical verification of stock before booking due date.
Responsible for Monthly Closing of books of account
Responsible for Cash flow Management
Responsible for Finance related Report Preparation as on requirement
Responsible for MRP planning of copper
Responsible for COC rate chart to be prepare and share the export team on daily basis.
Responsible for P.O to be sent for Import Purchase.
Responsible for Import material documentation preparation.
Responsible for Follow-ups for import consignment.
Responsible for Inward remittance and Outward payment for Export and Import Respectively.
Responsible for co-ordination with CA (GST and Income Tax) and CS for Balance sheet management.
Responsible to co-ordination with CA or CS for any notice related resolution.
Responsible for Annual Book Closing, GST return, Audit & Income tax filing
Responsible for legislative assessment.
Sub Responsibilities
Responsible for Coordination with Subsidy department for subsidy amount collection.
Responsible to act in absence of account executive, Cashier team
Responsible to train the account Executive & cashier for their work Qualifications and Education Requirements
Mandatory Requirement
Candidate Should be from Manufacturing Background.
Sound Knowledge of the GST, Income Tax, Import & Export
Should have team handling experience
Good command over Tally Prime and Excel
