Job Summary: As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the face of Della Adventure Park, responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests. Your primary focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction, managing guest inquiries and feedback, and providing assistance to ensure a seamless adventure park experience.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and Greet Guests:

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and create a positive first impression.
Provide information about the adventure park's facilities, attractions, and safety guidelines.
Guest Assistance:

Assist guests with ticketing, entry procedures, and any general inquiries.
Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Queue Management:

Ensure efficient and organized queue management at various attractions.
Monitor and address any issues related to wait times and crowd control.
Information Desk:

Operate the information desk to provide details about park events, schedules, and additional services.
Assist guests with lost and found items, and coordinate with relevant departments.
Membership and Loyalty Programs:

Promote and explain the benefits of membership and loyalty programs to guests.
Facilitate the enrollment process and address member queries.
Guest Feedback:

Collect and document guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the management team to implement enhancements based on feedback.
Emergency Response:

Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and assist in implementing them as necessary.
Collaborate with security and first aid teams to ensure guest safety.
Promotions and Sales:

Promote merchandise, photo packages, and other park offerings to enhance the guest experience.
Support sales initiatives and upsell relevant services.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in customer service or guest relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is advantageous.
