JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirement Manager - Permanent Staffing (Staffing Industry only)

Salary: 7LPA - 8LPA

Qualification : MBA In HR / Graduate

Location : Vikhroli/ Malad Mumbai

Experience : 6 + Years

Industry : Staffing / Recruitment Agencies Preferred (Recruitment Background is a must)

Functional Area: Management Level

Reporting : Head of Recruitments

 

Soft Skills Requirement: -

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· An Effective C oordinator as the role demands working continuously with various groups (such as close interactions with clients, Business Associates, for candidates)

· Knowledge of Exce l for MIS Reporting.

· Negotiation Skills.

· Attention to detail.

· Analytical Ability /Set Priorities and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of working through ATS (Automation recruitment software).

Skills Required:

1. A proven record of managing a large team of recruiters.

2. Worked on Auto Mobile, Infra, and Eng profiles.

3. Solving client escalations.

4. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and practices. Hiring Tactics.

5. Adequate knowledge of function of job portals( Naukri, Shine, Monster , Quicker , all the other sourcing applications like Linkedin and social media recruitments)

6. Must have a good client service record of accomplishment.

7. Willingness to travel to branches from recruitment drives/ train recruiters/meet clients.

 

Key Result Area: (Expectations from the jobholders)

1. Generate Revenue through closing Mandates. Achieve monthly/ quarterly targets.

2. Train new recruiters to achieve productivity.

3. Review the strengths and weaknesses of the recruiters in the team and monitor closely their progress.

4. Satisfactory Recruitment Services recruiting into a permanent transfer.

5. Ensure timely billing and collection.

6.Conduct sourcing, screening, and Interviewing senior level candidates.

7. Negotiation of job offers and ensuring closures.

8. Achieving assigned targets and team targets for profitability.
