Work closely with a growing sales team in the region to drive a pipeline that leads to partner-sourced and partner-influenced business
Recruit, acquire, manage, and prosecute sales strategies with major cloud providers, resellers, referral partners and systems integrators
Managing co-sell motion, doing deal registration, outreach to sales teams, and establishing co-sell relationships that drive partner-sourced revenue
Coordinate and perform partner sales enablement sessions while managing the delivery of technical enablement by Scylla Solutions Architects
Seek and manage opportunities for co-marketing activities and joint events
Requirements
Proven track record of recruiting, managing, and monetizing key partners for SaaS or software company
3 years experience working as a partner/alliances professional for one or more database companies, preferably NoSQL databases, with an understanding of the partner ecosystem for such companies
3 years of experience managing Cloud Service Provider relationships with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
Experience recruiting regional Systems Integrators, consultancy companies, and Resellers, and managing those relationships to drive partner-sourced revenue
Experience establishing and executing programs for partner enablement
Proven history working closely with and supporting sales team objectives in the assigned region
Good public communications skills, presentation to partners and at industry forums
