Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Angular Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Angular development, as well as experience leading a team of developers. The Angular Lead Developer will be responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software, and mentoring junior developers. Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Angular applications. 2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Angular framework, including its best practices and latest features. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines. 4. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and guidance as needed. 5. Review code and provide feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. 6. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in Angular applications. 7. Continuously improve development processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and productivity. 8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Angular ecosystem. 9. Participate in code reviews, design meetings, and other team collaboration activities. 10. Contribute to the development of reusable components and libraries to streamline development processes. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Angular. 3. Proven experience in leading a team of developers. 4. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. 5. Strong understanding of Angular architecture, directives, services, and dependency injection. 6. Familiarity with Angular CLI, RxJS, and other related libraries. 7. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. 8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 10.
