Job description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Accounting :
o Account reconciliation
o Daily accounting entries
o PI/ Advance follow ups
o Final invoicing, project handing over documentation
o Payment follow-ups
o Issuing PO
o Verification of internal and external invoices
o Verification of expense statements
Compliance:
o Working on all taxation & statutory compliances
§ GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI etc
o Compliance with internal and external auditor for all taxes
o Filing timely and accurate returns
o Import documentation and custom duty
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
· B.Com or M.Com Graduate
· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in General Accounting
· Excellent knowledge of general accounting like taxation, invoicing, banking
· Proficient in using TALLY + Excel apart from regular computer skills
· Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
· Good organizational skills, with an ability to plan and prioritize work
· Strong verbal & written communication skills
· Fluent in English and preferably Kannada
· Ready for immediate joining
· Has own 2-wheeler and valid DL
