Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in New Delhi but traveling would be there for Pan India locations of base kitchens. The Head Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with running a kitchen, including managing and training staff, creating menus, ordering supplies, and ensuring food safety and quality. The Head Chef will also work with the management team to develop new recipes and concepts.
Qualifications
- Hotel and hospitality degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Experience with managing and training a kitchen staff
- Experience with menu planning and recipe development
- Excellent time-management and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and leadership skill
- Experience in managing food costs and budgets on excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
