Role Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. You will be interacting with clients over the phone, email, and chat to offer technical support and help resolve any issues they may face. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by conducting regular follow-ups and providing timely solutions.

Qualifications
  • Customer Support and Technical Support: Experience in providing technical support to customers and resolving their issues in a timely manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction by conducting regular follow-ups and providing timely solutions.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify patterns, and use that information to improve customer experience.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Communication
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
