Job Overview We are seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Engineer to join our IoT Research and Development Team at MWS Research Centre. As an AWS Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure for our IoT projects. This is a full-time position based in Perundurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in designing and managing AWS cloud infrastructure
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer Associate certification is highly preferred
- Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, and CloudFormation
- Experience with networking, security, and compliance in AWS
- Strong understanding of scalability, high availability, and fault-tolerance in cloud architectures
- Good scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and infrastructure management
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Roles And Responsibilities - Design and deploy scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant AWS cloud infrastructure for our IoT projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of cloud solutions
- Manage and monitor AWS resources, including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, RDS databases, and IAM roles
- Implement and maintain security and compliance measures in the AWS environment
- Optimize and fine-tune the performance of AWS services to meet the needs of our IoT applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to AWS infrastructure and services
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features, and best practices
- Document and maintain technical documentation for the AWS infrastructure
