Inspecting and repairing electrical and Plumbing service. Undertaking building and grounds maintenance. Ensuring adequate catering and vending services. Ensuring facilities are always clean and managing waste disposal. Managing air conditioning and communications infrastructure. Ensuring constant security presence. Managing parking facilities and ensuring space. Overseeing refurbishments and renovations. Provides ongoing training and education to the team to ensure its ability to execute on the Company and team goals and objectives. Builds a strong development team by ensuring effective coaching and counseling employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Fostering a professional working environment and overseeing the facilities.
