As an Operations Associate at Kezan consulting your primary responsibilities include collaborating with freelancers for smooth delivery of outsourced deliverables passing on requirements to freelancers engaging with clients through email communication working closely with remote and inhouse teams and building strong customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be a recent graduate with strong English language skills possess a mandatory laptop and demonstrate technical literacy. Additionally the candidate must have excellent reporting verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of an organization.
