Job Description for B2B SAAS Salesperson
Job Title: Sales Director – Buyers/Sellers Department: Sales Reports to: CEO Location: WFH initially till an office is set up in Mumbai As a B2B SaaS Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the client base of Scrap-Tech Meteoric. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers, understand their unique business needs, and articulate how our SaaS solution (scrapcommerce.com portal) can address those needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: Through a variety of methods, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals, prospective buyers and sellers should be proactively identified, approached, and targeted. Oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation to scheduling demos. Integrate waste processors into the SAAS platform and routinely solicit input to enhance the clientele's experience. Give product demonstrations and clearly explain our platform's value proposition. Develop enduring bonds with important stakeholders and decision-makers in target organisations. To deliver great customer care and assistance, stay in constant contact with prospects and clients. Keep abreast on market dynamics, competitor activity, and industry trends. Make use of this information to find new prospects and develop positioning and sales strategies. Use our solution to efficiently manage and update the sales pipeline. Forecast sales income with accuracy, and send out data on sales activity and target advancement on a regular basis. To reach and surpass revenue goals, create and implement strategic sales programmes. Determine where the sales process might be improved and where there are potential for growth. Qualifications and Skills: A track record of accomplishment in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS sector. 4-5 years of sales experience is ideal. Outstanding presenting, negotiating, and communication abilities. Capable of working independently, results-driven, and self-motivated. Capacity to establish and preserve connections with influential decision-makers. Target-oriented and able to hit and beyond sales goals. Proficiency in local languages is advantageous.
