Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Performance Marketing in the D2C Industry located in New Delhi. The Head of Performance Marketing will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with performance marketing and management, team leadership, web analytics, and utilizing analytical skills to drive growth and manage client relationships.
Qualifications
- Develop and execute end-to-end direct-to-consumer strategies to drive online sales and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless D2C operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Implement best practices in website management, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
- Create and execute retention strategies to enhance customer lifetime value. Plan and implement weekly push campaigns on WhatsApp and SMS.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized communication and engagement.
- Conceptualize and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic.
- Develop and execute ideas for offline events, coordinating with sales and operations teams for on-ground requirements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content, visuals, and messaging aligned with the brand's values and objectives.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and performance marketing, to achieve campaign goals.
- Collaborate with the tech team to ensure the daily functioning of the website. Update product details, run offers on upsell apps, and integrate affiliate apps if required
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of D2C operations and marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.
- Minimum 8 years of proven track record for delivering results in D2C space
