Job description
Looking in activity for surfactant of ethylene oxide or Propylene oxide plant.
Ethoxylates of Alkyl Phenol, Castor Oil, Amines, Glycols, Esters, Quaternary Compound.
Esters, PEG Esters, Sorbitol Ester, Glycerin Esters, Polylobate Ester & Ethoxylation.
Mild Surfactant Sodium cocyl Isethionate, Sodium Isethionate.
Ethoxylation/Propyoxylation, Acrylic polymerization reactions.
Fatty alcohol, Phenol phosphate Ester, Formulation blends of personal Care,
Paint Emulsifier, Textile Chemicals, Leather Chemical etc.
Vacuum distillation, Distillation of 2-Phenoxy ethanol, Resin, Solvent - methanol, IPA etc.
Analysis of product on the basis of properties like cloud point, pH, viscosity, Acid Value,
OH value, Saponification value, Solid content etc.
Pilot plant trials for validation of product on commercial scale
Manpower handling.
Handling of hazardous raw material like Ethylene Oxide & Propylene Oxide.
