Roles and Responsibilities,
● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships based on trust and exceptional service
● Understand clients' needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell our products or services.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new accounts and effective resolution of any issues or concerns.
● Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss upcoming opportunities, and address any challenges.
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for improving our offerings.
● Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
● Provide training and support to clients on product usage, best practices, and industry trends.
● Prepare regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market insights.
