Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Project Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement effective database solutions and models. The role requires him/her to have wide knowledge over business intelligence, data integration, data warehousing, modeling, database, and technical aspects of BI tools.
• Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming.
• Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.
• Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
• Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features.
• Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems.
• Collaborate cross functional and cross-country teams to identify data integration sources and perform integration scenarios.
• Must take responsibility and ownership of components/processes within the team and mentor the team members
• Pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Participate in development of key projects.
• Provide status reports to client weekly.

Minimum Qualifications
• BE/B Tech/MCA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to understand business challenges and how to apply analytics expertise to solve them.
• Have strong understanding of best practices, standards, and guidelines in data engineering technology/ products and apply same to produce high quality deliverables.
• Should be able to take responsibility for the software life cycle – set up, design, code, test, repository mgmt and deployments as applicable.
• Very good SQL skills, Data Modeling skills, ability to write and debug complex SQL logics.
• Perform Data Orchestration on SQL BI and Azure platform
