Role And Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Creative Head to join our team in Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the publishing field and experience in developing creative assets for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. The main responsibilities of the Creative Head will include:
- Developing creative assets like short ad films, event and festival creatives, and carousel posts for social media platforms.
- Creating concepts for online marketing to boost brand awareness.
- Identifying advertising formats for advertising and promotional campaigns to drive online sales.
- Directing brand building and advertising films with influencers, celebrities, customer testimonials, students, parents, teachers, and principals.
- Providing creative direction and inputs to on-camera artists, actors, and agencies.
- Guiding the creative team of content writers, cameramen, video editors, and designers.
Candidate Qualifications The ideal candidate for the position of Creative Head should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an advertising agency or e-commerce company.
- Prior experience in conceptualization and execution of short video ad films (mandatory).
- Strong storytelling and visualization skills in the form of videos and graphics.
- An intuitive sense of market needs and the ability to visualize marketing and communication tactics.
