Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
Should have minimum 10+ years of Professional experience with at least 8 + years in SAP
HCM Solution /Consulting
Should have experience in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)implementation project
and Integration of S/4 HANA
Must have Hands-on experience working in various interface.
Ability to conduct and drive Workshops with Business users, Coordinate with Project team in
Integration of the scenarios and development of various RICEFW objects.
Should be able to (but not limited) perform following
1. Setup integration of HCM (existing) and S/4 (new). Existing system would stay as it is. Due
to new changes in S/4, it has direct impact on existing HCM Data, which should be
configured and migrated to new changes (org. data)
2. Setup IDOC communication from S/4 to HCM (and vice versa) understand the scope
3. Identify all master data required for transfer between HCM and S/4 (Cost center,
Exchange rates, Exchange of bank data, COA, IO etc.)
4. Setup HCM system with New Enterprise Structure similar to S/45. Documentation -
Conceptual Design document - CDD is required to perform HCM system setup and the
interfaces
6. Ability to perform Business close in HCM, Transfer the employees from old CC to New CC,
assignment of new cost centers, identify impacted processes due to this and provide
clarification on these topics to Stakeholders
7. Setup of S/4HANA System HCM Module (may be mini master + additional functions) so
that the integration and its related process will work, and also use Fiori as Front End - Need
guidance from HCM Consultant
8. New BP concept to be implemented in S/4 with the info types and other required
configurations.
9. Plant Maintenance /Customer Services integration with the New BP where Cross
Application Time Sheets are posted by Personnel master and potentially this will be posted
from S/4 to HCM as Time Confirmations
10. Impact analysis of HCM w.r.t Global Template and Localization. How HCM can cope up
with Wave wise roll-out planDetailed analysis to be done and should be included in the
CDD11. Transformation of SAP HCM S4, including the migration and adaptation of master
data from SAP ECC/ERP as well as non-SAP systems to SAP HCM (S4).
