About Our Client Our client is a leading client in the SaaS space and is the market leader in its industry. Job Description
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize our company's tax position and minimize tax liabilities in accordance with US tax laws and regulations.
Oversee the preparation and filing of all US tax returns, including federal, state, and local income taxes, sales and use taxes, and other relevant filings.
Ensure compliance with all US tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements, including monitoring changes in tax legislation and assessing the potential impact on our business operations.
Manage transfer pricing policies and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and support our global operations.
Conduct tax research and analysis to support business decisions, including assessing the tax implications of proposed transactions and initiatives.
Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and government agencies on tax-related matters, including tax audits and inquiries.
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on tax-related issues, including financial planning, transactions, and corporate structuring.
Prepare and present tax-related reports and presentations to senior management and the Board of Directors, as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the tax function.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in US taxation and transfer pricing, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation within the tax function.
The Successful Applicant
CA/MBA with PQE 10-14 years of experience
The candidate should have an experience in US taxation,compliance, Transfer pricing .
The incumbent should also have a working knowledge of Indian taxation as well as the person would be managing both India and US entities.
Knowledge of UK tax would be an added advantage
