• We are looking for someone to play a pivotal role in the execution and coordination of our Awards Initiative and Webinar Series projects

• You will be responsible for ensuring effective communication with external stakeholders, assisting in project management, and contributing to the success of our marketing initiatives
• This is a paid internship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and communicate with award bodies, industry influencers, speakers, and vendors.
• Execute project schedules, including tracking deadlines for awards submissions and webinar deliverables.
• Assist in the development and refinement of content for award submissions and webinar presentations.
• Oversee and ensure effective internal and external communication flows.
• Participate in the post-production process of webinar recordings.
• Follow up and coordinate with PR portals for content publication.
• Compile reports on project progress and gather stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications :

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in marketing or communications would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with email marketing communications tools.
