About This Opportunity
This is a key Leadership role within the Quality and Compliance Management, collaborating with the Head of Quality & Compliance and is responsible for leading and guiding the Quality & Compliance team for delivering the strategic Process needs of Managed Services for multiple Customers.
The Q&C Manager is responsible for Quality & Compliance within SL- Operate. This will be an ambitious role, covering 6000 handled service colleagues working in multiple geographical locations delivering to 50+ customers.

What You Will Do - Planning and participation in external audits for SL-Operate.
- Planning & execution of internal assessments in SL-Operate.
- Development of improvement plans and follow-up from audits & assessments.
- Setting up EGMS core (Setting up Quality Management system for the assigned unit).
- Validating relevance of EGMS (QMS) local processes and instructions.
- Implementation of changes of steering documents and processes.
- Defining Quality strategy and plan for SL- Operate.
- Driving implementation of Quality plan within SLOperate to ensure the highest quality is maintained within our deliveries.
- Putting in place Quality measurements and continuous improvement methodology.
On a day-to-day basis, you will work on tasks such as: - Compliance Management
- Maintain an up-to-date EGMS framework for SL Operate to ensure efficiency and scale in Ericsson operations and fulfilment of external requirements
- Facilitate integration of committed external requirements in SL-Operate EGMS
- Facilitate the integration of Ericsson corporate requirements in SL/organization
- Act as an authority in SL-Operate for EGMS and compliance matters.
- Support SL Operate-organization with operational information management
- Ensure that management reviews, audits and assessments are driven and value adding
- Responsible for OMM planning, implementation, assessment, and follow-up across SL-Operate
- Ensure MS Process Assessments against EGMS for all operational contracts in SL Operate
- Quality Management
- Creating Quality improvement proposals and Defining implementation plans for Quality for SL-Operate and Communication of Quality-plan across SL Operate organization.
- Successful achievement of Quality KPIs and Ensure SL Operate has a culture of continuous improvement
- Apply relevant Quality improvement tools and methodologies as appropriate
You will bring - Telecom experience from vendor and/or service provider and ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22301 implementation/ Audit experience.
- B-Tech/MBA/Diploma Engineering or equivalent degree and ISO certification for Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer.
- CISA/CISM/CISSP certificate is plus and Six Sigma / Lean training and implementation experience.
- Existing MS Process knowledge and deployment & Quality experience 5+ years).
- Resource management (including budget management) and External & Corporate requirements' integration.
- Experience in Management Reviews and Assessments.
- Experience in Quality Improvement Management Processes & Techniques and OMM implementation & Assessment.
- Experience in Maturity Drive, Audits & Assessment.
