Job Description:

Business Objectives
1 To be responsible for procurement of right model and size of coolers as per the market requirement
2 To ensure placement of assets as per company rules and regulations and do the necessary documentation
3 To ensure 100% GEO coding before placement of assets and adhere to systems and processes after and post placement of assets
4 To ensure tele- checking of every outlet before and after placement of assets through the tele-sales team
5 To match CRM ,RED and Jaguar list
6 To be responsible for service agent development, cheaper and quality spare part vendors and cost efficient maintenance of assets
Verification of Assets
7 To ensure Quarterly physical verification of assets in the market and get signed off by RE/ASM and respective SM for confirmation of the presence of all assets in the respective markets
8 To verify assets found missing/under- utilized based on the monthly RED report
9 To verify and take corrective action which include pull out the assets based on the monthly sales to the asset outlet which should be derived from the outlet productivity report
People Management
10 To develop and maintain a friendly atmosphere with all sales force for an enhanced control over assets
11 To lead the team in building capability and provide support to the Training department to identify training needs.
In - house Repairing Centre
12 To develop and manage a cost efficient in-house Refurbishing center


Requirements:
1 Minimum 12-15 years relevant experience in Cooler Management
2 3-5 years proven management experience, as HOD
3 Ability to see ahead; create business plans to beat competition and industry expectations.
4 Instill discipline and local operating model to achieve business plans.
5 Proven ability to successfully lead a team through organizational and business changes.
6 Demonstrate ability to develop talent for succession planning and organizational capabilities.
7 High level of interpersonal skills to be effective at building influential relationships with employees, suppliers and customers.
8 Strategic ability to work with other cross function leaders to gain support and guidance.
