We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our non-governmental organization (NGO).
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our donors, sponsors, partners.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage and communicate effectively with our supporters, ensuring their satisfaction and continued engagement with our organization.
Responsibilities:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners through regular communication and personalized interactions.
Collaborate with the fundraising team to identify potential funding opportunities and develop targeted strategies for donor cultivation.
Monitor and evaluate donor satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions.
Qualification to be mandatorily in any of the follow streams.
