Job description

Responsibilities

• To follow up for payments for the non-critical clients on daily basis for payment.
• To prepare receipt vouchers if any and once the payment is received, to attach the bank copy / confirmation copy with the receipt.
• Filing of receipts and prepare fresh and update statement for the customer accordingly.
• Coordinate with field Sales team on daily basis for Collection.
• Send intimation for pending payments & payment received to respective clients.
• Maintain the document in physical & digital form as per the scope of work.
• Provide MIS data as per the requirement of the management.
• Daily MIS report of Sales & Collection to be submitting to the management.
• Generate the credit note & updating in system.
