Job description
A CASA Sales Officer acquires and manages customers for current and savings accounts meets sales targets ensures compliance and identifies crossselling opportunities. Requirements include a bachelors degree sales experience and proficiency in CRM software.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for current and savings accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet sales targets and employ effective sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
- Identify crossselling opportunities and promote other banking products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (preferred).
- Proven sales experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong communication and goaloriented skills.
- Age : 21 to 30 years.
