Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role at WRC-EB5 located in Gandhinagar. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients in order to generate leads and provide information about our services. The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, reporting, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Customer service and sales experience
• Attention to detail and proficiency with technology
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Experience in the immigration industry is a plus
