Work Locations: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Mumbai/Gurgaon/Kolkata

Work Mode: Hybrid

Work you'll do The key job responsibilities will be to:
• Conduct background investigations/ Pre-Transaction Due Diligence of companies and their executives.
• Perform extensive research to identify and evaluate risk-relevant information from sources, including but not limited to online media articles, internet references, proprietary databases, global sanction, and regulatory lists. Access a broad range of open-source information and public records.
• Obtaining objective and detailed information about the third party, Asset Searching and Tracing.
• Investigating the backgrounds of opposing parties in order to help focus litigation strategies.

Required skills • Experience—5 to 7 years
• Exceptional Research, Writing, and Analytic skills
• Attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to effectively summarize media articles, Internet websites and legal records, posts.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Preferred skills • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking a foreign language is highly desired (including, but not limited to Japanese, Spanish, Mandarin (Chinese)
• Experience with domestic and international public records databases and Internet sources
• 3+ years of investigative experience with a private investigative firm or equivalent professional services firm

Qualification
MBAs or equivalent finance degrees
