Arxada is looking for an
HRIS Manager/Product Owner - Time Tracking and Absence who will be responsible for the effective management and optimisation of the Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules. This role will configure, maintain and enhance time and leave policies in Workday, ensuring they are aligned with organisational policies and compliance standards. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to streamline time and absence management processes.
Essential Job Functions: - Implement and maintain time and absence policies in Workday
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies
- Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of time-related data
- Provide support and training to employees and managers on time and absence functionality
- Develop and maintain time and absence reports for management review
- Work on integration projects involving time and absence data
- Participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure smooth functionality
- Drive process improvements and best practice in time and absence management
Qualifications & Experience: - Strong expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules
- Hands on configuration required
- Workday certification in Time Tracking and Absence Management is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with global time and absence management practices and regulations
