Responsibilities:
Carrying out activities for children with developmental disabilities and Neuro divergence.
Forming session reports in simple language to track responses
Collaborate with a team of professionals to follow a therapy plan
Provide regular parent education and obtain feedback from them
Manage timelines and prioritization of workload and know when to ask for directions.
Requirements:
Visiting homes and facilitating daily activities
Experience working hands on with children in school/ clinical set ups
Proactive in sharing thoughts and ideas, and implementing new methods
Open to learning and upskilling
Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues.
Excellent communication skills
Degree/certification in the related field
