Job description
Job Summary
To review documents for errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Operates a PC to enter text
- Performs preliminary review of typed documents, such as specifications and quality documents, and checks content for errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style (editing is generally not permitted at this level)
- Operates printers and copiers to provide required copies of material
- Maintains required files of work assignments in electronic storage system (repository)
- Individual contributor with no subordinates

Preferred Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent and 6 hours of college level English are preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

Minimum Qualifications
No prior experience necessary. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
Normal office environment. Extended periods of monitor viewing. Stooping, crouching, talking, grasping, hearing, keyboard input, turning pages, typing, and writing. Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. May be required to work overtime with short notice. Work involves sitting for extended periods of time.
