Job description
• Establish new market & strong network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region with a long-term vision.
• Develop sales plan and budget to achieve and exceed the annual sales objectives for the organization.
• Manage PR and primary sales of distributors of the assigned region.
• Develop strong and long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Identify emerging market trends and shifts while being fully aware of competitive landscape.
• Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.
• Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and set targets for the sales team.
• Monitor sales team performance, analyze sales data and perform periodical forecasting and reporting.
• Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region.
• Manage, train, and motivate existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Collect customer and market feedback and incorporate the same into the planning process.
• Formulate suitable strategies to drive customer loyalty, dealer & distributor loyalty.
• Coordinate with various functional heads at the plants and HO for timely execution of orders and financial closure of deals.
• Handle quality issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Analyze MIS report and draw actionable insights for developing strategic roadmap.
Profiles should be strictly from Building Material industry more specific from Cement & Steel with larger experience in retail / trade sales/dealer sales and should have spent considerable time in the given territory / Geography.
