Job Overview:
As a Business Analyst specializing in Post Sales you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving the effectiveness of our postsales processes. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and optimize the various stages of the postsales lifecycle ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for operational enhancement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of postsales dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- PostSales Process Analysis:
- Evaluate and analyze the existing postsales processes to identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather data and insights related to postsales activities.
- Customer Satisfaction Enhancement:
- Monitor and assess customer satisfaction metrics related to postsales interactions.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through postsales services.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from postsales data.
- Prepare and present reports to management highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Process Optimization:
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline postsales workflows.
- Work closely with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of optimized processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales customer support and product teams to understand the endtoend customer journey.
- Foster strong communication channels to address postsales challenges and opportunities.
- Documentation and Training:
- Document updated postsales processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on new and optimized postsales workflows.
- Technology Integration:
- Explore and recommend technology solutions to enhance postsales operations.
- Collaborate with IT teams for the implementation of relevant tools and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a business analyst role with a focus on postsales processes.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
