Job Title: Letting Negotiator/Property Manager (Maternity Cover)

Location:Stratford, London. On-site. 

Duration: Maternity Leave Cover - From March/ April
1 year contract, possibility of other opportunities afterwards. 

Salary: £30,000 - £31,000 per annum

We are working with a leading managing agent specialising in property management, who are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a Letting Negotiator/Property Manager for maternity cover. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing three private rental blocks, handling every aspect from Rightmove postings and inquiries to occupation, inspections, check in/ out etc. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the letting process, from Rightmove posting to tenant occupation.
• Oversee and coordinate enquiries, conducting property viewings, and ensuring a smooth transition for new tenants.
• Utilise Qube systems to streamline property management tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in letting negotiation and property management.
• Proficiency in Qube is preferred  
• Experience working in the PRS sector
• Understanding of property management processes.
• Ability to pick up new tasks and be dynamic. 
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
