Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Tiruchirappalli. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the business, managing staff, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and communicating with customers and partners.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with others
- Experience in operations management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in the currency exchange or banking industry is a plus
