Job Summary
As a Product Manager specializing in healthcare, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and enhancement of healthcare products. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the successful planning, design, and implementation of innovative healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and healthcare industry requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including development, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and launch strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, user needs, and opportunities within the healthcare domain.
• Work closely with healthcare stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, including defining user stories, creating wireframes, and overseeing testing and deployment.
• Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in healthcare to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree or certification in Healthcare Management is a plus.
• Proven experience 5+ as a Product Manager in the Healthcare domain.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry requirements, processes, and standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable.
