Sr. No Details
1 Assist in site Preparation & marking as per the project layout to start utilities activities
2 Assist in material & manpower planning Coordinate regularly with Procurement team to
ensure timely availability of materials for execution of project planned activities
3 Ensure timely availability of commissioning spares
4 Implementation of specifications as per the design Ensure the progress in-line with the plan
and take corrective actions in case of any deviation
5 Timely resolution of project execution issues by coordinating with vendors, consultants, and
site team
6 Contract manpower planning & deployment in consultation with HOD
7 Ensure timely and accurate documentation as per the last modification
8 Identification of potential hazards and unsafe conditions, Coordinate with EHS
team for implementation of corrective measures
9 Standardize practices through SOPs and Work instructions
10 To monitor daily and weekly the material expenses & inventory
11 Issuing material on work basis
12 Work experience with Operations & maintenance of Water/Brine chillers,
Thermic heaters/Boilers, Air compressors, DM/RO plants of any design
13 Carry out Preventive maintenance of utility equipment with measured/reliable
process development including periodical & annual plans
14 To maintain all the process and production equipment for the best of the
performance and upkeep them by carrying out PPM
15 Ensure Preventive & Breakdown maintenance and record to be maintain
