Job description

Responsibilities

. Knowledge on Active Directory Services, DHCP & DNS.
. Basic administration of LAN infrastructure (switches/firewall/ routers).
. Attend to service requests and incidents, Analyze the root cause and provide solutions to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. AD server 3 years' experience Must.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

. Handle system and network related issues and handle 1st & 2nd level IT incidents and IT service requests.
. Candidate should be aware of different tools used for capacity management, availability managements.
. Experience in Asset management and various IT reports.
. Should be flexible to work in different shift timings and coordinate with different teams across geographies.
