Key Duties and Responsibilities: HR Associate work under the supervision of the Manager-HRBP to provide administration support to the HR department. We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern/Executive to assist our HR department with administrative and HR related tasks. To be successful as Intern, you should be detail oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organization skills.

HR Intern/Associate key responsibilities: · Updating employee’s databases and maintaining of master data tracker with consistency · Recruitment end to end activities (right from job posting, sourcing, organizing interviews, to offer release) and dashboard reports. · Research and assist in gathering market salary information. · Rejections emails to candidates for closure. · Employees files management and streamlining · Employee engagement activities execution · Other related HR tasks and activities as and when required.

Desired requirements: · Bachelor's degree/BE/BTech/Master's in human resources · Internship experience will be added advantage · Statutory and labor laws act knowledge is beneficiary · Familiarity with HRIS software is advantageous. · Proficiency in Advance excel/Power point/macros/any other tech skill/applications is mandatory · Strong analytical, logic problem solving, organizational skills. · Effective communication, detail oriented, career oriented, zeal to learn attitude, adaptability to any environment attitude.
