Job description

Major Duties:

Skills required:

  • Understanding of lease finance and complex calculations involved in the product.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy for decision making to fund the lease and guide in resolving the discrepancy.
  • Proficient listening and comprehension skills in English with clear written and verbal communication, usage of proper grammar and an accent understandable by the customers or dealers.
  • High level of patience and customer centricity in resolving customer requests.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications plus, intranet and internet.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new system, processes, procedures and adjust to changing requirements.
  • Thorough understanding of Leasing finance products with knowledge of installment and revolving products.

Education

Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.

Relevant Work Experiences:

  • Experience in Banking Financial Service Industry in underwriting and customer acquisition processes catering to US Customers (2-3 years)
  • Experience working in Lease funding with knowledge of Instalment, revolving finance products. (2-3 years)
  • Experience with added skill of handling inbound and outbound calling to US customers (1-3 years)
  • Experience in using Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft tools. (1-3 years)
  • Work experience in a team environment. (1-3 years)
  • Experience with transaction data entry and processing. (1-3 years)
