Analyst - Data Transformation

Job description

• Work with Microsoft Excel to analyze and interpret data, providing valuable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making processes
• Collecting, organizing, and cleaning data, as well as creating reports and visualizations to communicate findings to the data team and stakeholders
• Write simple MySQL or Python scripts for data transformation and cleansing
• Work with business partners to understand and connect disparate data sets to provide holistic analyses and business assessments
• Assists with preparing materials for executive meetings.
• Runs additional requested reports as needed for Operational analysis.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and management
• A four-year college degree or relevant experience
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Experience in multiple reporting and analytical platforms such as PowerBi, OBIEE and Tableau.
• High proficiency in Excel including data analysis, VLOOKUP, scripting, and other complex formulas.
• Experience with Excel Analytics data analysis features
• Experience in data scripting like MySQL and Python
• Deep knowledge of or passion for collaboration & reporting platforms.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
