Job description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to execute, review and promote the total MRF & Ecom sales & distribution activities for Milk & Milk Products by extending support to the entire Sales team, with an objective to achieve the business targets and ensure the implementation of ISO guidelines.

KEY RESULT AREAS

Ø Plan, Execute & Promote the MRF & Ecom business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.

Ø Build the team in scope towards achieving the organization objective.

Ø Create the identity of Brand in the market and increase the visibility.

Ø Product management (Forecast, Availability, Listing, Merchandising, Shelf Share, Pricing)

Ø Sales management (Targets, Margins, Promotions, Rentals).

Ø Build and deploy a consumer acquisition model.

Ø Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system/Local Buyers.

Ø Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.

Ø Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.

Ø Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & out standings.

Ø Build and deploy effective marketing plan and execution of BTL activities.

Ø Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints/feedback.

Ø Responsible for placement of Visi Coolers / Bottle Coolers in the Market.

Ø Ensure timely supply of products with minimum leakages, damages & transit losses.

Ø Ensure proper merchandising at MRF Stores.

Ø Ensure the availability of all products / variants / SKU’s in the respective MRF’s & Ecom channels City / Town wise.

Ø Optimum utilization of manpower & Develop Teams.

Ø Daily, periodical MIS reports.

Ø Co-ordination with internal teams i.e., Sales, Operations, quality, Marketing etc.,

Ø Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries.

Ø Any other work which was assigned from time to time.
