1. 4+ Years in Web Developers should meet clients / management to discuss the needs and design a website.
2. Write code for the website, using programming languages such as HTML / CSS/ XML and work with other designers to determine the website's layout.
3. Editing, writing, or designing Website content, Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
4. Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
5. Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing and correcting.
6. Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
7.Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
Skills Required:
1.Proven working experience in web programming, Website and software application designing, building and maintaining.
2. Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge and expertise in front-end programming languages, including JavaScript, modern HTML/CSS, Wordpress.
3. Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails, Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks - Amber, Angular JS, and React
4. Experience in server-side programming languages like Java, .NET, Python, Ruby, and PHP
6. A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
7. Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
8.Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools and Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process (SEO)
9. Proficient in My SQL, SQL
10. Hands on Experience in UX ( User Experience) UI ( User Interface) , Visual design
11. Basic idea on Design software like photoshop and illustrator and sketch
