• Job card Processing (InstaVote)
• Maintenance/ Filing of InstaVote Agreement and other documents
• Marketing/ Demo to Companies if required
• eVoting event creation
• eVoting data preparation & coordination with depositories if required
• Handling eVoting queries from shareholders companies scrutinisers Custodians MFs & Corpoate Bodies
• Go greeen: sending intimation letters count Gogreen relation all intimation to s/h Gogreen data separation for H/o & Branches
• Coordination with branches
• Intimation and notices printing for AGM/Egm/postal ballots
• AGM data preparation : signature upload etc
• Coordination with scrutiniser for result download
• Coordination with companies for result upload
• Follow up and Close Billing
• Any other task as assigned from time to time
