Role Description

This full-time on-site role as a Sr. Manager Digital Marketing is located in Noida and requires a talented and motivated individual who will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and the growth of Felix Hospital. The Sr. Manager Digital Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing efforts, including advertising, promotions, SEO, and social media management. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and involve working collaboratively with other business leaders and stakeholders to support business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or related industries
  • Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive engagement and business growth
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing technologies and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and mobile marketing
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with all stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail and creativity in developing effective and innovative marketing campaigns that drive business growth
