Since its founding in 2017, DVBC has been providing various services, including HR and accounting solutions, lead generation, sales, marketing, distribution, digital transformation, etc. to MSME companies to help them address their challenges.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Management Consultant at DVBC's office in Ahmedabad. The Management Consultant will be responsible for conducting analysis, providing strategic solutions, facilitating organizational changes, managing client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze complex business issues and develop effective solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Management Consulting:
- Experience in consulting projects with proven track record
- Ability to analyze business problems and develop solutions using management consulting methodology
Finance:
- Knowledge of financial analysis and interpretation of financial statements
- Ability to develop financial models and business cases
Business Process:
- Ability to design and optimize business processes
- Experience in conducting process mapping and reengineering
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Creative thinking and problem solving skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or related fields
Experience in MSME sector is a plus
