ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Business Development Manager you’ll play a critical role in helping to develop and nurture key relationships with existing and potential supporters, helping to ensure our financial sustainability, and ultimately helping to expand our reach and impact to benefit more young New Zealanders.
It’s an exciting role that will see you connect with a diverse range of partners and supporters, ranging from philanthropic individuals and foundations, through to key decision makers in business and government.
This role will also explore new ways that we can become more financially resilient through social-enterprise endeavors alike to our Inspiring Speakers bureau.

THE KIND OF PERSON WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for someone with strong vision and values alignment, with proven experience in developing strong relationships who can support in building an ecosystem of funders, partners and champions for our mahi. Does this sound like you?
You’ll have excellent communication skills, and can confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders – from young people, to CEOs and senior leaders across the business, community government sectors that support our programmes.

Our team is distributed across the country, so work flexibility and being able to work well remotely online is important, as well as making the most of opportunities to come together face-to-face as a full team at key times throughout the year.

$65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
